I’m a Full-Stack Digital Marketer, Marketing Consultant, and Fractional CMO — and the founder of 10x Marketing Lab OÜ, an Estonian digital growth startup built to help ambitious founders scale smarter using expert frameworks, automations, AI agents, and lean remote teams.

My legal name is Sarath, but I go by Cian Pacifico as my professional identity and personal brand online.

This website, cianpacifico.com, serves as my personal digital HQ — a space to share insights, connect with founders and startups, and offer hands-on strategy to unlock business growth.

🚀 My Journey into Digital Marketing

My marketing journey began in 2013, unintentionally — after building a basic WAP site to earn a bit of pocket money. That first project introduced me to SEO, which quickly turned into a deep curiosity for how digital businesses grow.

In 2015, I moved to Italy to study Energy Engineering, but my real passion kept pulling me toward the online world. After two years I eventually dropped out and went all-in on marketing and photography — and that’s when the alias Cian Pacifico was chosen.

The Agency Life

In the early days, I worked as a freelancer in both digital marketing and photography—offering services to small businesses, influencers, and ecommerce brands. But like many entrepreneurs, I hit a major roadblock when my first startup failed during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Rather than quit, I chose to pivot.

In 2020, I partnered with Tomaso Forno to build a digital marketing agency. Together, we started delivering marketing solutions with a systems-first approach—focusing on performance, consistency, and smart execution.

Over the years, I’ve gained hands-on experience in:

  • Studied MSc in Energy Engineering at the University of Genoa (chose to pursue marketing full-time before graduating)

  • Completed an MBA and a Master’s in Digital Marketing & E-Commerce from ENEB (Barcelona)
