A brief about me…
Hi, I’m Cian.
My legal name is Sarath, but Cian Pacifico is the alias—and founder-led brand—I created to represent my work in marketing strategy, systems, and execution.
I’m a full-stack digital marketer, strategist, and the founder of 10x Marketing Lab OÜ—a digital marketing lab built for business owners – to plan, strategize, and execute marketing that drives 10x results.
My journey into marketing began in 2013—almost by accident—when I started doing SEO for a basic WAP site I built to earn pocket money. That small project sparked a lifelong obsession with digital business and strategic growth.
In 2015, I moved to Italy to pursue a Master’s in Energy Engineering—but two years in, I dropped out and went all-in on freelancing as a digital marketer and photographer. That’s when the name Cian Pacifico was born.
After years of hands-on learning (including a failed startup during the pandemic), I co-founded my first digital marketing agency in 2020 with Tomaso Forno. Since then, I’ve worked with 100+ businesses across 10 countries, spanning industries like eCommerce, coaching, fitness, restaurants, startups, and service-based businesses—designing growth strategies, building websites and funnels, launching campaigns, setting up automations, and scaling marketing operations end to end.
By 2023, I stepped away from traditional agency services. I had found a common pattern: most business owners didn’t need “more marketing”—they needed clarity, strategy, and systems. For two years, I worked more like a Fractional CMO, helping founders make smart marketing decisions and execute them with precision.
That insight led to something new:
In 2025, I transformed my agency into 10x Marketing Lab—a digital workspace built for business owners who want calm, focused execution without the chaos of scattered tactics or bloated retainers.
Today, I work directly with business owners and small teams—guiding them through strategy, planning, and execution inside the 10x Marketing Lab.
